TwinDos
Automatic dispensing with TwinDos is not only practical, but also guarantees perfect cleanliness: with UltraPhase 1 and 2 your appliance offers the best liquid dispensing system. TwinDos dispenses UltraPhase 1 and 2 at the optimum time during the programme and thus achieves the very best wash results. TwinDos also dispenses with such precision that you can save up to 30 % on detergent when compared to manual dispensing.

PowerWash 2.0
Miele appliances with PowerWash 2.0 wash up to 40%1 more efficiently than required for energy efficiency class A+++ - and even clean small loads energy efficiently. The secret: The innovative Spin&Spray washing technology enables a very low water level to be used and thereby saves energy when heating up. And all this with good cleaning performance, excellent rinse results and moderate programme run times, even in the Cottons Eco programme.

Automatic load recognition
All Miele washing machines feature intelligent automatic load recognition. This feature analyses the current load and uses only the amount of water and electricity needed for excellent cleaning and rinsing results.

EcoFeedback
Miele washing machines with EcoFeedback provide precise energy and water consumption data. This gives you full cost control. Before starting a programme, you can request a consumption forecast for the selected programme. Precise consumption data is provided after the programme has finished as consumption can vary depending on the load.

Honeycomb drum
The web-like surface structure of the Miele honeycomb drum creates a thin film of water between the drum and the laundry. This results in laundry gliding gently and protects the fibres perfectly. The smaller, smoothly polished shouldered holes in the walls of the drum are also gentle on your textiles and prevent pilling and laddering. Foreign objects such as paper clips no longer end up in the drain pump.

SteamCare
SteamCare from Miele smoothes your textiles gently and effectively with the assistance of steam – even before the load is removed from the washing machine. The need for ironing is verifiably reduced by up to 50 %.1 Some textiles do not require ironing at all after this treatment. With “Steam smoothing”, you can wash and smooth your clothing in one process. With “Steam care”, you can treat textiles that have already been washed.

Enamelled front
Miele is the only manufacturer of domestic appliances to enamel the front panels of all washing machines, tumble dryers and washer-dryers. The high-quality enamel is scratch-proof, corrosion-proof, alkaline-resistant, impervious to acids, easy to clean and colour-fast.

Highest Miele quality for a long service life
Miele carries out intensive endurance tests during the development stage in order to meet the highest quality standards. During these tests appliances have to wash for 10,000 hours. This involves running approximately 5000 wash programmes. In terms of daily laundry this equates to about 5 programmes per week with an average run time of 2 hours - for 20 years.

Waterproof system (WPS)
WPS also features a double solenoid valve directly at the stopcock. If the first valve is faulty, the second closes the inlet. The double skinned inlet hose provides the highest level of protection: in the event of a defect in the inner hose, water flows down the outer sleeve into the sump. Like the WCS, the WPS also features intelligent sensor technology: if a leak is detected, the water inlet is closed off.

Water protection guarantee
Miele provides protection for your home for all Miele water protection systems - for appliances used for the equivalent of 20 years. Should you incur damage to property as a result of a defect in the water protection system you have a safety guarantee*. In the context of the terms and conditions of the water protection system Miele will bear the costs for property damage resulting from any defect of the system. so long as the appliance was professionally installed.

Delay start and countdown indicator
The delay start feature allows you to determine when you want the next wash programme to start. This is particularly advantageous if you want to use nighttime electricity tariffs or if the programme needs to be finished at a certain time, for instance when you come home from work. You can postpone the start of a programme by up to 24 hours. The display also indicates when the current programme will finish.

Drum lighting
Many Miele washing machines feature LED drum lighting. The maintenance-free high-performance LEDs illuminate the Miele honeycomb drum so perfectly that you can no longer overlook any laundry items. Easy to use and easy on the eye.
