Delivery and Connection Rules

General Terms and Conditions:

  • The Contract shall be deemed to enter into force from the moment when the amount of money corresponding to the invoice for the Services is credited to the account of UAB “Avitelos prekyba” (the Seller).
  • The courier shall deliver the goods together with the relevant documents within the period specified at the time of placing the order.
  • If the goods ordered by the Buyer are out of stock and have to be ordered separately from the Supplier, which makes it impossible to deliver the goods within the period specified in the order regardless of the Seller's efforts, the Seller shall inform the Buyer of this within two business days after placing the order, either by e-mail or by telephone.
  • If the Buyer refuses the goods due to a delay in delivery, the Buyer shall have the right to cancel his/her order and the Seller shall refund to him/her the total amount paid, including the delivery charge.
  • The Buyer has the right to cancel his/her order after payment, but must notify the Seller by email (the request must include the order and his/her bank account numbers) before the goods are delivered: aptarnavimas@avitela.lt or by calling +370 4 620 0100.
  • When the goods are handed over to the courier, the courier will contact the Customer in advance to agree on a convenient delivery time.
  • The courier shall deliver the goods to the address specified by the Customer at the time of placing the order. No subsequent change of delivery address is possible.
  • The Customer must be careful when filling in the contact information in the order. This will help to avoid delays and misunderstandings during the delivery. The Seller and the courier shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of the goods or for any misunderstandings at the time of delivery if the delays or misunderstandings occur due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer in the order.
  • The Seller or its representatives have the right to refuse to provide the services and to refund the money paid if it becomes apparent at the time of ordering the services or at the place of delivery that there are circumstances which make it impossible to perform the contract (breaches of sanitary and hygiene standards, threats to health and life, violence, crime or other circumstances preventing the fulfilment of the contract obligations). The Buyer must immediately notify the Seller of any circumstances that may prevent the provision of the services.
  • When the goods are handed over to the Buyer, the Buyer must inspect the packaging for any damage. If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer must immediately notify the courier and record the situation on the delivery note or at the courier terminal. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any damage to the packaging of the goods by e-mail aptarnavimas@avitela.lt or by telephone +370 4 620 0100.
  • When buying connection services, the Buyer must make sure that the electricity and water supply at the point of connection meets the requirements and allows the product to be safely connected to the existing network.
  • The delivery terms and conditions apply only in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. For delivery services outside the Republic of Lithuania, please contact the service department of the Seller.
