What is it?

Extended warranty is our service, which we offer to those who want to purchase a product for free technical service when the manufacturer's warranty is no longer valid. You can extend the warranty for a period of 1-5 years. It takes effect immediately after the end of the manufacturer's warranty. In this way, you will avoid unplanned expenses, and your item will be taken care of free of charge for the entire selected period. We provide this service together with UAB Serviso Kontraktų centras (SKC).

What purchases are eligible?

The extended warranty service is provided for all household appliances and electronic devices worth more than €28, for example: washing machines, stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators and other household appliances, as well as audio and video equipment, all computers and computer equipment, game consoles, photo equipment, for mobile phones, GPS devices, garden equipment, etc.

Why should I buy it?

If your purchase breaks down after the manufacturer's warranty expires, the selected Extended Warranty plan will cover the cost of spare parts and repairs and provide you with the following services free of charge:
  • Free repair
  • Free exchange of the product
  • Free transport of the main product
  • Replacement product during the repair period
  • No diagnostic fee for confirmed insurance cases

Extended warranty plans offered

The "Normal Plan" allows the user to use the free repair service after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty.

The "Exchange Plan" gives the user the opportunity to use the Extended Warranty service after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty, during which the device damaged due to a manufacturer's defect will not be repaired, but will be replaced with a new one (the same or similar).

"Extra plan" gives the user the opportunity to use the free repair service after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty. Available after 1 month. from the purchase of the product, but no later than 3 months. until the end of the manufacturer's warranty (within 21 months from the purchase of the product).

Where can it be purchased?

You can purchase an extended warranty:
  • together with a purchase at any "Avitela" and "Elektromarkt" store;
  • together with the purchase on and ;
  • online: , no later than 30 days after the purchase of the product.

When are Extended Warranty services not applicable?

The extended warranty plan does not cover losses and malfunctions if:
  • the serial number of the device does not match or does not exist;
  • components are incorrectly connected;
  • the device is arbitrarily repaired or modified;
  • the wrong electric input was used for the device;
  • the body of the device is damaged;
  • the device is not used properly.

If the device breaks down, register the breakdown in the "Service Contract Center" (SKC) in a convenient way for you:

If the device is small, the operator will direct you to the nearest rule. And if you have a large-sized device, its repair will be carried out at your home or it will be transported to the workshop free of charge.
The SKC operator will inform you in a separate message when and how to pick up the repaired device.

Assignment of contract

You can transfer the rights of the owner of the purchase to another person. In that case, the Agreement must be rewritten, notifying the service provider - SKC. Terms of the contract.
Contact termination - You can terminate the Extended Warranty contract by informing the service provider - SKC, or by returning the original of the contract to the contract seller no later than 30 days after the date of conclusion of the contract.
